The order form collects your name and email. A shipping address and free-form wishes are optional. We also record the chosen product, wood, dimensions and language.

The form does not collect or process payment or card details. Payment is agreed by email before production begins.

We use the data to handle your order or quote request, to manufacture and deliver the piece, and to communicate with you. The legal basis is performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one.

We do not sell your data. The customer confirmation and the workshop notice are sent through the Resend email service. At dispatch, the address is given to the carrier. The site is hosted on Vercel; server logs may include an IP address.

Order records are kept for as long as fulfilling the order and Finnish accounting law require, typically six years. Quote requests that do not become orders are deleted when they are no longer needed.

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to correct it, to request deletion once statutory retention periods have ended, and to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman. Contact: tilaukset@templeartisan.com

The site does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and no analytics is in use. Language is in the URL (/fi, /en). Any locale cookie is strictly necessary.
